Q: What equipment is used for capture?

A: We use Canon exclusively; Canon's 5d series of full frame sensor cameras. These are always paired with Canon "L" lenses. The secondary equipment includes: Apple, Sekonic, Manfrotto, B&W, Schneider, Fiesol... and many more.

Q: Where are the images printed?

A: All images are printed in house on the most current Canon IPF 6400/8400 lucia 12 ink printers. Paper used is typically Hahnemühle or Moab and always archival/museum grade.  As different images are best printed with different gloss or texture we automatically choose the paper the best suits the image. If you have a specific preference please contact us directly.

Q: How many images in a limited edition print?

A: Each print is available in different sizes specific to the image with a run totalling 40. The total collection of all LTD prints size is small and remains constant. The selection is fluid and changes as prints sell through but the total constant.

Q: How do I place an order?

A: Clicking "buy" will add the print into the cart.  The checkout is an easy process that will take your basic information and all traditional pay types. If you are downloading a Licensed image, select the suitable licence, click buy, and check off reading the licence. The pay is simple and once completed the image is sent to your email address immediately as a jpg.

Q: What is an open edition print?

A: Open editions are prints I have used in magazines or ads or make available to use commercially. The prints are printed with the same quality, materials and care as the Limited Edition prints but do not come signed or with an addition number. They are perfect as decorative pieces at a lower price point.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Most orders take between 5 and 7 days to process and print. Shipping times may vary depending on the delivery method and your location.

Q: What if there’s a mistake in my order?

A: If you think your order wasn’t properly submitted, or if an error was made, contact me immediately and I will attempt to correct the order ASAP.

Q: Do you offer prints on photo paper?

A: All prints are on photo paper typically Hahnemühle or Moab archival/museum grade. We make the choice based on the image unless contacted by the client prior to printing.

Q: Can I get a print in the size of my choice?

A: Most popular print sizes are shown beside the image. We can print in any size as long as the ratio (format) of the image remains unchanged. If you require a different ratio we may me able to reprocess it with a different format please contact us directly.

Q: What payment methods are accepted?

A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) through Paypal. No signup necessary. For other forms of payment please contact me via email.

Q: Can you ship to a P.O. Box or APO?

A: No. The packages would be far too big for a mailbox anyway.

Q: What is the durability of the process?

A: All prints are printed on archival museum grade paper. The face mounts are produced with UV acrylic and acid free Drytac adhesives. If kept out of direct sunlight these will last for many generations without and colour or clarity loss.

Q: Can I get a tiff instead of a jpg?

A: Yes, contact us directly and we can send you the image in most formats used today.
